1. Return Eligibility

- Used, washed, or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products (subject to availability)
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
