At CLASCO, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Used, washed, or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@clasco.in with your order details
  2. Share clear images of the product (if damaged/defective)
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products (subject to availability)
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • In case of damaged or wrong items, CLASCO will cover the return shipping cost

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
